Biography

Mr. Gasperetti has been engaged in litigation and arbitration since 1980, when he was an associate at David & Cox, which in 1982 merged with Jacobs Persinger & Parker.

Mr. Gasperetti is a 1977 graduate of Columbia University and a 1980 graduate of the Boston University School of Law. Between September 1980 and May 1987, he was associated with Jacobs Persinger & Parker. From 1987 to 1995, he was an associate (1987-1989) and litigation partner (1990-1995) at Coleman & Rhine. On April 1, 1995, Mr. Gasperetti established this firm.

Mr. Gasperetti was admitted to the New York Bar in May 1981. He is also a member of the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second (1992) and Third Circuits (2007). And, he is admitted to the Bars of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York (1986), and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Illinois (2007).

He also has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous state and federal courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the Superior Court of the State of California, and the new Jersey State Courts.

Mr. Gasperetti is bilingual in English and Italian and speaks French proficiency.
