Biography

Joseph F. Murray is a partner and member of MMM+B's litigation group. Previously, Mr. Murray practiced at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP in Columbus.

Mr. Murray is experienced in handling business disputes, executive employment matters, close corporation and minority shareholder disputes, and investors' rights actions. He has appeared before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and federal and state courts in Ohio, California, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. In addition, Mr. Murray has significant experience representing clients in administrative actions including the National Association of Securities Dealers and the National Collegiate Athletic Association.

Mr. Murray has tried jury and bench trials, administrative hearings, and arbitrations. He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, he was selected as an "Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star" by Law and Politics Magazine, and he was rated one of Columbus' "top lawyers" by Business First.
