Biography

Mr. Owens is a former partner in the “AV” rated firm of Murphy & Desmond, S.C. located in Madison, Wisconsin where his practice included representing major corporations in civil litigation. In the early 1990s he formed a firm focusing on civil litigation representing individuals and focusing on small businesses.

Currently, Mr. Owens’ law firm operates a boutique law practice in consortium with a group of independent solo practitioners. His practice focuses on casualty loss insurance cases, white collar criminal litigation and complex divorce matters.

Attorney Owens has extensive Jury Trial practice in both Wisconsin State and Federal Trial courts with hundreds of clients
