Biography

Joseph Iacono is a skilled personal injury litigator in our New York City office. He was born and raised in Buffalo, NY where he earned his Bachelor's Degree at Canisius University. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he excelled in courses related to civil litigation.

Iacono began his legal career representing clients ranging from criminal defense, to breach of contract disputes. Before dedicating his practice to personal injury law, Iacono honed his skills as an in-house civil defense litigator for a prominent insurance carrier in New York City, where he routinely secured a number of favorable outcomes for his client. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry's inner workings and strategies.
