Joseph J. Golian is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and the Managing Attorney of the Columbus office . He concentrates his practice in the areas of tort defense, insurance defense, civil litigation, commercial litigation, premises liability, and risk/claims management, with a particular emphasis in commercial vehicle transportation.

NS and Renzenberger, Inc., Franklin County Court of Common Pleas (2010): FELA claim tried with multiple defendants and a death; defense verdict in favor of NS and Renzenberger; Matthew Lingo v.
