Biography

Joseph Kaneda graduated from the University of California, Irvine before receiving his law degree from McGeorge School of Law. He is a member of the California Bar, Nevada Bar, Arizona Bar, Federal Bar for the Central District of California, Orange County Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Nevada Justice Association.

Mr. Kaneda has been recognized as a California Super Lawyer in construction litigation and has served as an instructor in California construction defect law and insurance coverage seminars. Mr. Kaneda focuses his practice on the representation of homeowner associations and consumers throughout California, Nevada and Arizona.
