Joseph L. Turchi

Mr. Turchi is a founding member of Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi LLP. Mr. Turchi has specialized in complex litigation, including commercial litigation, professional liability and employment law for more than 15 years and has litigated all forms of federal and state commercial litigation matters and employment discrimination cases, including injunctive and declaratory judgment actions concerning contract disputes, class actions, age, race, gender, harassment, national origin and religious discrimination matters. Mr. Turchi has also litigated sexual harassment claims, employee defamation cases, invasion of privacy and other work place tort claims. Mr. Turchi has litigated commercial and employment cases in state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Illinois, Virginia and California. In addition to numerous trials and injunction hearings, Mr. Turchi has appeared countless times before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and other similar agencies.
