Joseph Matthew Kaiser

I’m a South Carolina attorney who grew up right here in the Charleston area. I was raised in Mount Pleasant, graduated from Bishop England High School, and earned my undergraduate degree at Clemson University. I then came back home to attend the Charleston School of Law, graduating in 2011. I was sworn into the South Carolina Bar in October 2011 and soon after began working as a prosecutor for the City of North Charleston. That job put me in court constantly, handling thousands of cases—everything from traffic offenses to DUI prosecutions. After four years, I chose to open my own law firm so I could represent individuals directly and provide the kind of support people need when they’re under pressure. I work hard to make the process less intimidating by giving clear answers, laying out realistic options, and staying focused on protecting your rights.
