Joseph M. Markell has been serving clients in estate planning and elder law since 2014, building a reputation for thoughtful guidance and reliable legal solutions. His practice includes Medicaid planning, probate administration, trust settlement, and trust estate administration, with extensive experience helping high-net-worth individuals and elderly clients protect their assets and plan for the future. Prior to establishing Markell Estate Planning & Elder Law, LC, Joe served four years in the United States Army in combat arms, where he developed the discipline and leadership skills that continue to guide his legal career. Beyond the office, Joe is an active member of the community, serving on several charitable boards and supporting local organizations. He also enjoys family life in St. Charles County, Missouri, where he lives with his wife and their four children.
