Biography

Joseph R. Park was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Mr. Park graduated from Marshall University where he attained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 1971. Thereafter, he attained his Juris Doctorate Degree at the University of Florida in 1973, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Mr. Park has practiced in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida since being admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States.

He enjoys memberships on the Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association, The Florida Bar and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, as designated by the Florida Bar Board of Certification, and a former Diplomate of the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Park has been designated a Master of the Bench by the American Inns Court and concentrates his practice in the litigation area, encompassing commercial, personal injury, family law and other aspects of trial practices, including all areas of both trial and appellate law.
