Joseph Scott Rubin

In my over 30 years of law practice I have had extensive litigation and non-litigation experience in motor vehicle accident cases, Workers' Compensation, medical malpractice, Social Security disability, criminal, probate and Family Law matters. We have attained settlements and judgments of millions of dollars in cases involving injuries to our clients in vehicular crashes, unnecessary surgeries, nursing home neglect and at-work injuries. I have been the principal of The Rubin Law Firm since leaving my first firm in 1989, and have been awarded the Martindale-Hubbell "A-V" (highest) rating by fellow lawyers and judges as to my legal ability and ethics every year since 2002 (more than 12 years running). This designation is designed to attest to "preeminent" status amongst lawyers in the community and is, by all accounts, a much more accurate and less subjective rating than any client or attorney testimonials given by other sources as it is the private and undisclosed rating of lawyers AND JUDGES familiar with my work.
