Biography

Joseph Sluzar is Special Counsel with Hinman Howard & Kattell, LLP in its Binghamton and Endicott offices. Joe has practiced law for 40+ years including private practice and public service. Currently he concentrates on estate planning, general business, municipal law and environmental law.

Joe has served as Broome County Attorney, Broome County Commissioner of Elections, Regional Attorney and Acting Regional Director of NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, General Counsel to the Village of Endicott and Town of Union Zoning Board and Adjunct Professor at Newhouse School of Communications, Syracuse University.
