Joseph T. Delgado

Joseph T. Delgado, Esq. specializes in personal injury litigation. Mr. Delgado was born in Havana, Cuba in 1957. His family emigrated to the United States in 1961 and located in Netcong, New Jersey. Mr. Delgado attended Wilkes University located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in English with Honors in 1979. He attended Seton Hall University School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1982.

Before joining Garces & Grabler Mr. Delgado was a partner with the law firm of Velardo, Koprowski & Delgado located in Bloomfield, New Jersey and David E. Rehe & Associates in Summit, New Jersey. Mr. Delgado’s practice has focused upon the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in the State and Federal courts of the State of New Jersey. He has extensive experience handling diverse matters including the defense of manufacturers of punch presses, rubber mills, construction and medical equipment suppliers; premises liability cases for retailers including Bradlees, Stop & Shop, Rite Aid, and CVS; property owners in environmental matters; accounting and legal malpractice defense; airline personal injury cases; and insurance defense including motor vehicle cases for many insurers.

Mr. Delgado was a member of the District X Ethics Committee between 1998 and 2002.

Mr. Delgado lives in Morris County with his wife and two daughters. He speaks Spanish.
