Biography



After clerking for GRB for two years, Joe joined the firm as an attorney in August 2006. He is a member of our Business Law and School and Municipal Law Groups.

In his representation of Schools and Municipalities, Joe works extensively with the appointed local servicer to pursue the collection of delinquent taxes. In this capacity, Joe assists in providing oversight and direction in the preparation and management of lawsuits filed to maximize the municipality's delinquent collections.

Joe is a cum laude graduate from Clemson University, where he obtained his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He later received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2006.

Joe is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
