Biography

Josh Candelario is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. His practice is focused on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, private equity, corporate governance, and corporate finance. Josh also has experience assisting companies with entity formation and corporate governance matters.

Josh has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including software and technology, renewable energy, health care, real estate, construction, public utilities, and manufacturing. He also has experience representing clients in cross-border transactions with parties located in Canada, the Netherlands, and China.
