Biography

Joshua F. Donvito is a member of the Business Law & Finance Department of the firm.

Attorney Donvito’s practice concentrates on representing and counseling clients through various business and finance issues, including the acquisition and divestiture of interests in closely held businesses, governance issues, entity formation, and related commercial transactions. Josh has assisted in the representation of clients in a wide variety of matters, including asset and stock purchase transactions, workouts of distressed businesses, complex contract negotiations, and disputes among business ownership. Through this experience, Attorney Donvito has developed a practical problem-solving approach that allows him to provide prompt and pragmatic advice to clients in addressing their business needs.

Josh earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. He was the recipient of an award of excellence in the field of energy law, attained the Dean’s Honors List, and obtained a business advising certificate for his concentration in corporate and tax courses. During law school, he interned with the City of Harrisburg Law Bureau and served as a summer associate for Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald, L.L.P. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a minor in philosophy, from West Virginia University.

• In his spare time, Josh enjoys soccer, biking, and spending time with family and friends.
