Biography

Josh has over 30 years of experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury cases. He spent 7 years as a critical care respiratory therapist and has extensive medical knowledge which gives him an edge over other attorneys who have to learn the medicine. In a malpractice case only 25% of cases have a successful outcome. Josh has defied those odds with a 95% success rate. A recognized authority in the field, he has written a chapter in an OB textbook and has successfully pursued birth injury cases and cerebral palsy cases nationally. Josh was also on the executive committee of the birth trauma litigation group in the American Trial Lawyers Association now referred to as AAJ.
