Biography

Josh Jenkins is highly involved in the litigation practice of Hagan Law Group, focusing his practice on assisting clients in the construction industry, advising small to medium sized business owners and managers, and representing clients with real estate or probate matters. Prior to joining Hagan Law Group, Mr. Jenkins began his practice in Murfreesboro with the law firm of Blankenship, Blankenship & Hagan, PLLC. Mr. Jenkins also worked with Blankenship, Blankenship & Hagan as a summer law clerk during his final summer of law school. There he learned many of the intangibles that he utilizes on a daily basis while zealously advocating on behalf his clients.

Mr. Jenkins grew up in Lascassas, Tennessee, just outside of Murfreesboro. He attended Oakland High School while playing football all four years. After high school, Mr. Jenkins attended Middle Tennessee State University before transferring to Cumberland University to play football. While at Cumberland University, Mr. Jenkins was awarded the John W. Burgess award for excellence in leadership in Political Science. Mr. Jenkins graduated from Cumberland University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in December 2007. In the spring of 2008, Mr. Jenkins served as a legislative intern for Senator Douglas Henry in the Tennessee General Assembly. Mr. Jenkins then headed out west to attend law school at Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he graduated in May 2011.

Mr. Jenkins currently resides in Murfreesboro with his wife Carie, their son Hudson, and dog Max. In his spare time, Mr. Jenkins enjoys tailgating at Blue Raider football games, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, and being outdoors. He and his wife also enjoy traveling and exploring the booming culinary scene in Nashville and Murfreesboro.
