Joshua Berman is a seasoned personal injury attorney with a strong track record of representing numerous clients affected by various accidents. Prior to joining Rowe, Weinstein and Sohn, PLLC as a Senior Associate from June 2013 to January 2017, Joshua gained valuable experience in advocating for personal injury clients at Karp Frosh Wigodsky and Norwind, PA.

Mr. Berman's motivation to pursue a career in helping accident victims stems from a deeply personal experience within his own family, where a life-altering event occurred. During his childhood, a teenage driver disregarded a red light, forever altering his family's circumstances. His father, the primary provider for the family, sustained permanent disabilities in that instant. Rather than receiving the support they needed, the insurance companies involved made every effort to avoid equitable resolutions.
