Biography

A highly experienced real estate attorney, Josh Neal has represented businesses and individuals regarding land use, financial, real estate taxation, the purchase and sale of property and government incentives. He has worked with businesses on the financing for property, leasing and the development of commercial and industrial real estate and the identification and negotiation of state, regional and local government-based economic development incentives.
