Joshua D. Hicks

Josh Hicks isn't your typical attorney, he’s a man who knows the value of a hard day’s work. Growing up on a farm in Fleming County pitching hay and building fences, Josh developed a grit that has followed him through every stage of his life. Before entering the legal world, he worked as an ironworker, served in the U.S. Marine Corps, and spent five years as a police officer in Maysville. This unique background gives him a perspective most lawyers simply don’t have. After graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law, Josh cut his teeth at respected firms, litigating cases from Paducah to Pikeville. He’s a veteran of hundreds of depositions and numerous jury trials, and he even volunteers his time as a mediator for the Fayette District Court.
