Biography

Joshua Wright was raised in Lexington, Kentucky. He attended Georgetown College on both a football and academic scholarship and earned his bachelor degree in Business Management in 2008. Following college, Mr. Wright moved to Jacksonville, Florida and attended Florida Coastal School of Law where he earned his law degree in 2012.

After law school, Mr. Wright became an Assistant State Attorney for the Eighth Judicial Circuit in Gainesville, Florida where he prosecuted various misdemeanor and felony cases and gained valuable trial experience through the over fifty jury trials he was able to take to verdict.

Mr. Wright then joined a plaintiff law firm in Tampa, Florida where he represented individuals who had been injured in various cases involving premises liability, auto accidents, medical malpractice, and products liability. Mr. Wright then joined the General Trial Group at a prominent insurance defense firm in Tampa where his practice was focused in premises liability, auto accidents, and sports and festival liability.

Mr. Wright is licensed to practice in Florida and Kentucky and is proud to bring his well-rounded experience to fight for the rights of the individuals and families who have been injured by the negligence of others.
