Biography

Josh concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Josh worked in a variety of complex litigation matters, including professional liability and premises liability matters. While in law school, Josh served with the Delaware Civil Clinic, providing legal services to victims of domestic violence and successfully obtaining protection orders for all Clinic clients during the fall 2019 semester. Before law school, Josh majored in political science in undergrad with a focus on electorate voting behaviors and trends.
