Joshua is a leading lawyer and expert in real-estate law.

Joshua specializes in a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, trusts, construction and development agreements, long-term leases with the Israel Land Administration, partnerships for purchases of assets, and financing.

Joshua represents his clients before all levels of courts in Israel, as well as in arbitration proceedings. In addition, he has served as an official receiver on behalf of the court in liquidation proceedings.

Joshua boasts extensive experience in the complex area of eviction law, and was involved in the eviction of the Argazim neighborhood in Tel Aviv.
