Biography

Joshua Levy is an attorney focusing on representing victims of nursing home abuse and neglect based in Morgan & Morgan’s Philadelphia office. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Josh was fighting for nursing home residents with another Plaintiff’s law firm, and before that he was fighting for victims of motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases.

A Philadelphian for the past decade and a half, Josh earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law after he also his Bachelor’s Degree at Temple University. While in law school, Josh got his start fighting for victims of nursing home abuse and neglect. He also worked with the Pennsylvania Small Business Development Center where he helped numerous small businesses with their legal needs. Josh also assists with Community Legal Services of Philadelphia Clean Slate Clinics.

While not in the office or court, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and cat, game nights with friends, and cheering on the Phillies and Eagles.
