Biography

Josh is a trial lawyer who represents clients in high-stakes M&A and commercial disputes. Known for crafting creative and relentless strategies, Josh has recovered well over $100 million for plaintiffs and claimants alike-be it in court, arbitration, representations and warranties insurance coverage, or across the negotiating table-and likewise defends clients facing bet-the-company liability. Josh works closely with in-house counsel and business principals to protect his clients’ interests and pursue the legal aspects of their broader business goals.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Josh served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to that, he served for two years as a trial attorney at a full-service national law firm.
