Biography

Mr. Fleury's practice is concentrated in the areas of banking law, commercial lending transactions, creditors’ rights and commercial loan workouts. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in secured transactions and commercial real estate loans. Prior to entering private practice, Josh was a senior court attorney at the New York Court of Appeals.
