Josh Panter is a Gainesville native through and through. After graduating from Gainesville High School and Marshall University, he earned his law degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati. Today, as an associate at The Law Offices of Blake A. Poole LLC, Josh focuses exclusively on criminal defense. He isn’t just about the big picture, he is incredibly meticulous. He sharpened his skills interning for a judge and working on complex issues like illegal searches and Fair Credit Reporting Act violations. That background gave him a sharp eye for the tiny details that can often make or break a case. Whether he’s digging through evidence or standing up in court, Josh is known for being both aggressive and thorough. He’s also deeply tied to the community as a member of the Gainesville Jaycees. When he’s not in the office, he’s usually spending time with Brittany and their daughter, Adalaide.
