Orlando Solar Bears (M.D. Fla. 2015; Byron, J.): Obtained complete dismissal and $220,000 attorneys' fees award against Plaintiff in trademark and copyright infringement action based on pro sports team's name and logo. Obtained settlement of all claims and federal registration of the disputed marks.; Defended national staffing company in trademark infringement suit and opposition proceeding.
