Biography

Josh Yagur is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. He focuses his practice on advising clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters across a range of industries and sectors.

Prior to his legal career, Josh worked in international tax and transaction services, advising financial services clients on U.S. and cross-border tax planning initiatives including tax-efficient structuring and the application of tax treaties with respect to both inbound and outbound transactions.

Josh is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.
