Josiah Parker, Esq.

Josiah Parker, Esq.: Attorney with Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C.

Biography

The people who come to us for help are almost always those in the most dire need of justice. They’re in the poorest medical condition. They’re in the worst financial straits. And it’s because they’re the ones who have been most wronged.”

Josiah Parker is an attorney in our California office and a member of the Asbestos Litigation group there. He joined the firm in 2011, coming highly recommended by Pepperdine University School of Law as a 2010 cum laude graduate and the holder of a juris doctor degree.

Mr. Parker, who was born in New Jersey but raised in California, majored in philosophy at California State University, Long Beach, the school he attended before matriculating with honors to Pepperdine. The family-oriented Mr. Parker confesses to a fondness for swimming and other recreational pursuits when not focused on his clients’ cases.
