Biography

Josie Marie Conelley has over two decades of experience in avidly defending her clients in tort litigation including claims involving catastrophic injuries, Labor Law allegations, personal injury matters and medical malpractice.

Josie is a passionate litigator, who from the inception to trial diligently guides her clients through the litigation process. Josie’s practice also includes significant deposition practice, dispositive motion practice and appeals with impactful and positive results.

Prior to joining London Fischer, Josie was Of Counsel with other reputable firms, where she provided a tenacious defense to some of the largest metropolitan-based hospitals, as well as medical facilities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in catastrophic and high-exposure medical malpractice actions.

Josie strongly believes in collaborating with her clients in strategizing a fruitful defense through dissolution of each case. In the current litigation climate, Josie is attuned to ensuring the validity of each claim and safeguarding her clients’ interests.

Beyond her litigation skills, Josie takes an active role in mentoring young associates into the transition of practicing law, a role that she has continued from prior years in litigation. Outside of the office, Josie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
