Joy Grace Zubkin

Joy Grace Zubkin is a Partner in the firm's Orlando office. Her practice centers on complex civil litigation and arbitration, with a strong concentration in insurance defense and professional malpractice matters.Ms. Zubkin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. She spent the early part of her career in Philadelphia working as a Registered Nurse in an inner city hospital and a Director of Nursing for a home care agency before attending law school. Ms. Zubkin received her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, graduating magna cum laude.Throughout her legal career, Ms. Zubkin has represented hospitals, physicians, nurses, emergency room practitioners, pediatricians, obstetricians, ophthalmologists, radiologists, and dentists, home care agencies and a variety of other allied health professionals.In addition to Ms. Zubkin's medical malpractice experience, she has also handled cases that entail products liability, general liability, wrongful death, premises liability, construction, and motor vehicle matters.
