Judd F. Kleeger

As a partner with Hecht, Kleeger & Damashek, Judd F. Kleeger is dedicated to helping those who have been harmed by the wrongful conduct of others.

Judd F. Kleeger focuses his legal practice on personal injury and wrongful death claims involving work related accidents, motor vehicle accidents, property owner negligence and defective drugs and medical devices. He currently leads the law firm’s Transvaginal Mesh litigation team. Additionally, Mr. Kleeger represents clients in civil rights matters.
“Preparation is something we take very seriously, and it is the key to successfully representing our clients,” Mr. Kleeger says. “In this regard, we treat each case as if it is going to trial,” he says.
Judd F. Kleeger earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his law degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
He is licensed to practice in state courts in New York and New Jersey as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
In addition to serving his clients, Judd F. Kleeger is actively involved with state and national legal organizations. He serves on the board of directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Leaders Forum and an Eagle PAC member of the American Association for Justice.
