Judy-Ann Marie Smith: Attorney with Forefront Law

Biography

As an attorney, my ultimate goal is to assist individuals in resolving their legal issues in a fair and just manner. I strive to be a compassionate listener to my clients' concerns, and to gain a deeper understanding of their goals and objectives. When representing my clients, I am a fierce advocate and will fight for their rights within the bounds of the law.

I have had the privilege to speak at various Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses, including National Business Institute (NBI) and ProLawCLE. Some of the topics I have covered include Estate Planning and Administration, Probate Process, Law of Intestate Succession, and Executor Strategies. It is important for me to continue learning and sharing knowledge with my colleagues in the legal field.
