Judy Cassim

Ms. Cassim joined Cushing & Dolan, P.C. in 2000 and is currently working in the estate planning department with Todd Lutsky's estate planning group, assisting attorneys with document preparation, transferring real estate to trusts, Homesteads, real estate tax exemptions, recordings at the registry of deeds, and corporate filings of LLCs and FLPs. Ms. Cassim also has the responsibility of maintaining close client contact and follow-ups to be sure all necessary documents are complete and that the client receives a copy of the executed documents in a timely manner. Ms. Cassim also has vast experience in the area of Real Estate preparing deeds, title searches and clearing title to unmarketable real estate.
