Biography

Julia Perry is a member of the Private Wealth Services Practice in Greenberg Traurig's San Diego office. Her practice focuses on estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, and probate matters. She advises individuals and families on developing personalized estate planning strategies with the goal of helping to safeguard and efficiently transfer assets across generations. Julia’s experience includes preparing estate planning documents, such as revocable and irrevocable trusts, and assisting with trust and probate administration, including notices, accountings, and distribution plans. Julia also works to help executors and trustees fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities and drafts petitions and pleadings for probate and trust proceedings. She has experience preparing federal estate and gift tax returns and researching domestic and international tax issues, seeking to ensure clients’ plans align with their goals and current regulations.
