Biography

Julia Marie Nelson is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. She has experience defending condominiums cases, Errors and Omissions cases, claims for legal and professional malpractice claims, civil rights claims, and premise liability claims. Ms. Nelson focuses her practice on the defense of insurance agents, closing agents, title agents, attorneys, appraisers, surveyors, accountants, real estate agents and other professionals who are sued for malpractice and professional negligence.

Ms. Nelson attended Florida International University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University College of Law. While law school, Ms. Nelson was a member of the Moot Court Team, Criminal Law Society, Student Bar Association, and the Black Law Student Association.
