Biography

Julia Wu focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactional matters. She advises clients on a variety of commercial real estate areas, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing. In addition, Julia advises clients on ownership and investment structures which often requires her to work in conjunction with Leech Tishman’s Corporate Practice Group on real estate related private offerings, securities regulations, and corporate governance.

During the course of her career, Julia has also practiced in the area of litigation, where she specialized in counseling high net-worth individuals and business owners. Julia’s experience in this arena provides her with an understanding of business clients’ needs and she provides resourceful problem solving when counseling clients in the various stages of real estate transactions.

In addition to her real estate practice, Julia serves as general counsel for Pennwood Capital, LLC, DBC Real Estate Management, LLC and their affiliated entities.
