Biography

As a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law, Ms. Wyda concentrates her practice in all areas of marital and family law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, post-judgment enforcement and/or modification, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Ms. Wyda is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, an organization comprised of the top family lawyers in the country. She served as President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association from 2021-2022. She is also a member of the Florida Bar’s Family Law Section, serving as the Chair of the Marital and Family Law Review Course from 2024-2025 and previously serving on the Executive Council and as Chair of the Publications Committee from 2015-2017 and Co-Chair of the CLE Committee from 2011-2013. AV Preeminent® rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Ms. Wyda has received numerous recognitions for her legal work, including receiving the Distinguish Leader Award from the Daily Business Review in 2022, the South Florida Business and Wealth Aawrd (SFBW) 2022 Leadership in Law Award, the Executive Council Service Award from the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar in 2017, and the Above and Beyond Award from the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar in 2014. She has been repeatedly selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers, Legal Elite, Best Lawyers, and Lawdragon's 500 Leading Family Lawyers in the nation.
