Biography

Julianna Simon is a commercial litigator with a primary focus on intellectual property disputes. Julianna has been involved in all stages of litigation from pre-litigation diligence through trial. Julianna’s recent trial successes include obtaining a complete victory in a four-week trial in which she was co-lead trial counsel, resulting in a $200 million win for the client, and securing a fraud verdict.

In addition to her intellectual property practice, Julianna also has broad experience litigating general business disputes. Julianna’s litigation experience extends to state and federal courts nationwide and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). In addition, Julianna has trademark prosecution experience and counsels clients about brand protection, including parallel imports.
