Biography

Ms. Testa practices primarily out of the firm’s Southern California office and holds licenses in California and Arizona. Her practice focuses primarily on insurance defense of general contractors and developers in construction and defect claims ranging from single-family homes to multi-million dollar luxury residences, multi-family, commercial, and complex high-rise cases in multiple states. Ms. Testa has extensive experience with both litigated and non-litigated claims, and is known for aggressively defending the claims, while at the same time always searching for creative options for early resolution that will benefit her clients.

Ms. Testa also provides litigation services to individual builder clients, ranging from compliance review, disputes with tenants and/or home buyers, payment claims and personal injuries.

Prior to joining Lorber, Greenfield & Olsen, she was staff litigation counsel for a large insurance company dedicated to representing general contractors and developers in construction defect cases.

Outside of the practice of law, Ms. Testa is very involved with her family and spends her free time coaching multiple sports for her children.
