Julie M.Potts is a veteran trial attorney and family law practitioner in Chester County, PA. Julie is an advocate for her clients and focuses her practice solely to divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, APL/spousal support, child support, custody and parenting time, grandparent and in loco parentis rights, protection from abuse matters, preparation and enforcement of property settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, adoption, and mediation. Prior to transitioning into the practice of family law, Julie was an Assistant District Attorney with the Chester County District Attorney's Office in West Chester, PA where she gained extensive litigation experience prosecuting and trying misdemeanor and felony cases. Julie's extensive trial experience assists her family law clients in navigating the legal issues that can prove necessary to litigate with regards to divorce, custody, support, adoption, and protection from abuse matters.
