Ms. Domike has experience with rule development as well as challenges before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. She also has worked with clients on environmental audits and subsequent correction and disclosure to state and federal environmental agencies. An area of recent increased focus has been advising clients regarding EPA’s National Compliance Initiative targeting enforcement of the prohibitions against aftermarket defeat devices and vehicle tampering.
