Biography

Attorney Julyanna Ortiz Cruz was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation from the University of Puerto Rico. From 2017 to 2022, she lived in the state of Kentucky, where she worked closely with the immigrant community as a case manager and Hispanic liaison. These experiences inspired her to pursue a legal career. She earned her Juris Doctor in December 2023 from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and subsequently obtained her license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
