Justin B. Munn earned his J.D. from Northwestern School of
Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon in 1998. While there, he
earned a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. In law
school, Mr. Munn was an Administrative Board Member of the Public Interest Law
Project, and the law school’s Regional Moot Court Negotiations Competition
team.
Mr. Munn is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma State and
Administrative Courts, the Northern District of Oklahoma, and the Cherokee
Nation and Creek Nation Tribal Courts. Mr. Munn maintains a civil litigation,
with an emphasis in family, domestic, probate and estate planning. He is
an active practicing Certified Family & Domestic Mediator, having completed
Family Law mediation training with the Mediation Institute (40 hours) and Tulsa
County Early Settlement program (60 hours). He has presented on alternative
dispute resolution to the American Subcontractors Association of Oklahoma, and
on mediation for the Oklahoma Bar Association’s continuing legal education
program.
Mr. Munn serves as a Parenting Coordinator in domestic
litigation matters, and has a published opinion related to Parenting
Coordinators, Fultz v. Smith, 2004 OK CIV APP 64, 97 P.3d 651,
2004. Mr. Munn is also a panel member with Dispute Resolution Consultants where
he serves as a mediator in family and domestic cases.
Mr. Munn has been an active member of the Tulsa County Bar
Association, 2000 to Present (Past Treasurer, Fee Arbitration
Comm., Alternative Dispute Resolution Comm., Family Law Comm., Past
Chair Membership Services Comm., and Exec. Board Member), Oklahoma Bar
Associations 1998 to Present (Past, Co-Secretary Alternative Dispute
Resolution Comm.). Tulsa County Bar Foundation (Member, Board of Directors,
2015 to present). Member, Family Court Quality Assurance Panel, Fourteenth
Judicial District of Oklahoma, 2012 to Present. Committee
Chair, Tulsa County Family Court Assessment, Quality Assurance Panel, 2017 –

Mr. Munn graduated from Southern Methodist University in
Dallas, Texas with a B.A. in Geology and Anthropology, and participated in
Archaeological and Geological Field Studies in New Mexico, Arizona and
Barbados.
