Biography

Justin Bryce Popple is an Associate in the firm's Jacksonville office. He practices in the areas of premises liability, general liability, vehicle negligence, and personal injury defense.

Mr. Popple earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Mass Communication. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2024. While in law school, Mr. Popple served as an editor of the FSU Business Review, simultaneously completed a master's degree in Sport Management, and interned with Florida State University's Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and its Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) collective.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Popple worked for a small real estate property management company and several athletics departments, where he focused on contract law and operational compliance.

Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Popple enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Florida Gators and Jacksonville Jaguars.
