Justin C. Wilson: Attorney with Brown & Crouppen Law Firm

Biography

Justin dedicates his practice to helping individuals who have been injured as a result of the carelessness of others. Before joining Brown & Crouppen, P.C., Justin spent several years representing commercial insurance companies and their insureds, defending personal injury claims throughout the Midwest. Justin’s practice included the defense of healthcare professionals, pharmacies, drug and device manufacturers, publishers, retailers, product manufacturers, property owners, contractors, and business owners.

For five years, Justin studied the tactics and techniques insurance companies employ to defend, deny, and reduce the value of claims and put those tactics and techniques to use in venues throughout the Midwest. After struggling for years with the notion of working day in and day out to limit the recovery of injured individuals to pennies on the dollar, Justin decided to shift his practice from defending the bottom line of the insurance industry to helping those harmed through no fault of their own to recover a fair and just settlement for their damages.

Justin is personally familiar with the heartache and suffering that accompanies severe injury and death caused by the negligence and recklessness of others. He strives to ensure the best possible outcome for each of his clients in hopes that he might help bring these individuals some measure of relief from the pain, grief, and discomfort they have suffered at the hands of another.

Justin has extensive litigation experience in the state courts of Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas, as well as the federal courts of Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Oklahoma. Justin has handled all stages of litigation from pre-suit investigations and demands through trial and appeal. In addition, Justin has written and lectured on litigating uninsured and underinsured motorist claims in Missouri and Illinois.
