Biography

Justin David Edell is a Partner with the firm’s West Palm Beach Office and practices in the areas of labor and employment Law, housing and commercial litigation, ERISA litigation, class action administration, and marine/admiralty for the firm.

Mr. Edell graduated from The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Honors Accounting. Justin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2013. While in law school, Justin was heavily involved in the Student Bar Association serving on both the Executive Board and as a Senator. Additionally, Mr. Edell was the Managing Editor for the International and Comparative Law Review.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Edell was a Staff Attorney with Unitedlex Professional Services in Cincinnati, OH. Justin has extensive experience handling and working with electronic discovery for large scale cases as they progressed through the litigation life-cycle.
