Biography

Justin Ginter vigorously defends clients charged with a crime, providing guidance and protection throughout the criminal justice process. He represents clients charged with all levels of crime-including felony, misdemeanor, and petty larceny-at the local, state, and federal levels. He is experienced in handling a myriad of cases, including:

•Traffic Violations
•Violent Crimes

Prior to joining Lipsitz Green, Mr. Ginter was a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo, where he served as a public defender in a wide range of complex criminal and white-collar matters. He also defended indigent clients as a member of the Bar Association of Erie County’s Assigned Counsel Program.

Mr. Ginter is a member of Lipsitz Green’s Criminal Defense Trials and Appeals Practice Area, which has earned several peer recognition awards.
